Captain Nick fell in love with sailing at just 15 years old after attending a summer camp. Little did he know that one week would change the course of his entire life.

Needless to say, Nick doesn’t just walk the walk — he talks the talk. Over the years, he has had the pleasure of sailing some of the world’s most incredible destinations, from Australia to Croatia, Greece, and the Bahamas, before eventually settling in the Virgin Islands.

Nick believes the Virgin Islands offer the best of both worlds: a stunning sailing destination with breathtaking scenery, combined with unique opportunities to explore beneath the surface through diving.

Rest assured, when you sail with Nick, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of wonder and a deeper appreciation for the incredible landscapes and experiences that surround you.

Oliver was born in Germany but has become a citizen of the world through both his career and travels.  After 13 years in the German Armed Forces, he brought his discipline, organization and calm approach into the world of hospitality, most recently working as a Sole Chef in a luxury chalet in the French Alps. There he was responsible for delivering a warm, personal dining experience for his
guests in a beautiful alpine setting.
For the past three years, he has lived and travelled full-time on a motorcycle with his wife Madeliene, covering more than 60,000 km along the way. Exploring different countries and cultures has deepened his appreciation for food and the stories behind different cuisines. He loves creating fresh, thoughtful dishes and seeing people enjoy them, and with his outgoing nature, adventurous spirit
and passion for food, Oliver looks forward to bringing his love of cooking, travel and hospitality to life
on board.
 

Madeliene is an Australian born and bred hospitality professional with a passion for travel, adventure and welcoming her guests the way she has been welcomed across the world - with warmth and generosity. Her career has taken her from managing major events and international festivals to luxury hospitality in the French Alps, where she worked as a Chalet Manager and Host creating memorable experiences for her guests.
 

For the past three years she has spent living and travelling full-time on a motorcycle along side her husband Oliver. Life on the road has taught her to be adaptable, resourceful and comfortable wherever she finds herself. Naturally warm and easy going, Madeliene loves meeting people from
different backgrounds and takes pride in the little details that make guests feel at home. 

With her adventurous spirit, strong hospitality background and genuine love of looking after people, she is
excited to bring her skills to the water and create unforgettable experiences for her guests on board.
 

Together, Maddi & Oli bring a vibrant energy, an adventurous spirit and a naturally warm approach to
