With more than 10,000 nautical miles logged, including an Atlantic crossing and multiple yacht deliveries, he combines strong seamanship with a warm, approachable style that makes guests feel right at home.

Before becoming a charter captain, Hugo worked in the British Virgin Islands as a dive instructor, guiding guests through some of the region’s most beautiful underwater sites. This background gives him a unique ability to share both the sailing and marine life sides of the islands.
